Lower School students celebrated Pet Day last Friday. 32 of our students brought their pets to MSA for a visit. Overall, there were 18 dogs, 9 cats, 2 sets of birds, a snake, hamsters, and a gecko!
Students also had some special visitors on Lower School Pet Day. MSA mom, Amy, and her daughter are part of an amazing Hospice Care facility for senior dogs who have been abandoned by their owners called Frankie and Andy's Place. The goal is for all of their senior dogs to live their twilight time, no matter how long or short that may be, knowing that they are loved and cared for, despite what may have happened to them before reaching FAAP. Two senior dogs from Frankie and Andy's place visited with students as they looked through memorial picture books published to help support the care provided at FAAP.
