"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you will learn, the more places you'll go." --Dr. Seuss
MSA's Library, staffed by a professional librarian, contains over 10,000 books, large-print books, audio books, electronic materials, magazines, and videos. The library serves the reading and research needs of all students, faculty, and parents. The library may also be reserved for meetings and programs when available.
The librarian provides story-time and other reading activities throughout the week, teaches K-12 information literacy skills, and promotes many assistive technology programs to increase students' reading success. Students, teachers, and parents are offered a flexible library schedule and diverse collection that caters to the needs of our community.
The library hosts a variety of programs during the school year, including a Scholastic Book Fair in the fall and a Barnes and Noble Book Fair in the spring. Families may also participate in the Birthday Book Club Program. These funds are used to purchase new library materials.
