GALILEO - Georgia's Virtual Library

Mill Springs Academy has access to over 100 online databases through GALILEO, including Encyclopedia Britannica, SIRS Discoverer, and more. Audio, reading level options and many other great tools are available. GALILEO is a wonderful resource that enables our students to have an educationally appropriate research experience. It is accessible anywhere with an Internet connection, just get the password from your librarian. Go to GALILEO.

Scholastic Reading Counts

In 2009, the Mill Springs Academy PVA provided funding to upgrade the Scholastic Reading Counts Program. Our students now have access to more than 40,000 online quizzes to enhance their reading experience. Go the the Scholastic Reading Counts site to find out if a title has a quiz.

Reading Counts tests can only be taken while the student is on the MSA Campus. Students, teachers, and parents may email the librarian (bemge@millsprings.org) or come to the library for assistance with the quizzes.
