The Mill Springs Community Structure integrates our program and sets MSA apart from other independent schools. The Community Structure is a school-wide, reality-based structure that clearly defines student responsibilities. The Structure allows the student to make fully informed choices and to assume personal responsibility for those choices. Weekly meetings, which all students must attend, incorporate peer and faculty feedback.
