Many of Mill Springs' graduates go on to achieve great things. Some examples of this include:
- Amy Weaver 2005: Got married in August of 2010. Congratulations.
- Drew Carson 2008: He finished up his first year at SCAD on the Dean's list for the full year and had straight A's this past quarter. He has declared his major in Production Design, with a minor in Arts Administration. Drew was selected to design a show for a grad student, which is unheard of for a freshman. From what we hear there is a pecking order at SCAD so Drew is hoping to work his way up quickly in his sophomore year so that by his junior year, he can work on the 'big' shows. We'll keep our fingers crossed but we here at MSA have every confidence in Drew and his abilities.
- Michael Goodroe 2006: Attends the University of West Georgia, just received notice in May that he has made the Dean's List. Students must achieve a minimum GPA of 3.5 in order to receive this distinction.
- Megan Feeley 2005: She graduated in May 2009 from Reinhardt College with a degree in fine arts/digital photography. In 2008, Megan was named as the top art student in the department of Art & Humanities at Reinhardt. Megan plans to continue her study of fine arts in graduate school and was invited back to address the Class of 2009, as well as several thousand attendees at Reinhardt's graduation ceremonies where she spoke about the lasting rewards of her MSA and college experiences.
- Bennett Gaddes 2005: He graduated Cum Laude from Reinhardt College in 2009. In addition to wearing an honor cord for his Cum Laude status. Bennett also wore cords for his membership in Phi Alpha Theta and one for excellence achieved in history. Earlier in the spring he and three other Reinhardt Seniors were honored in a small formal ceremony and reception to recognize their induction into Phi Alpha Theta. Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society whose mission is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians.
- Chas MacNeill 2005: In 2009 he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eckerd College with a 3.9 GPA. Chas, who speaks fluent Chinese, has plans to move to China in the near future.
- Brad Hopkins 2003: He graduated from Berry College in Rome, GA in 2007. He is currently working on his masters in finance at Georgia State University.
