Rosters due no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2008 @ 5:00pm
2. The last sheet is an area of responsibility for coaches- please indicate an area that you would be efficient- all coaches will be responsible to facilitate a field event and assist at the finish line with back-up timing and picking.
Submit your roster of five (5) players with their average score by Tuesday, April 22, 2008 (this will assist in establishing groups)
Also, include the name(s) of the coaches attending the tournament- coaches will be assigned to a group to help with “officiating”
Tournament format-
18 hole course
Double par limit per hole
Play five (5) players and score your top three (3) players
Tee times begin at 11:00am- each school should arrive at 10:00am to receive your score cards, group assignments, tee time, and warm-up-
Green fees will be $19 per player-
Coaches meeting at 10:30am- directly outside of the pro shop
Awards- individual trophies awarded to the top three (3) players and team trophies awarded to the top three (3) teams-
